Attention All Veterans
The Three New Jersey Veterans Memorial Homes (VMHs) Located in Paramus (north), Menlo
Park
(central), And Vineland (south) are Pleased to Inform you that the VMHs are now offering
Short-term Stay Admissions for Veterans and eligible others in need of Post-hospital health
care services.

As Skilled nursing facilities, we offer a full modality of care, including Physical therapy, Speech
therapy, And Occupational therapy services, Provided by certified and licensed professionals.

The
New Jersey Veterans Memorial Homes (VMHs) are dedicated to serving our Veterans,
Veteran's Spouses, Veteran's surviving spouses, National Guard and Reserve components
(who have served for 20 years or more, and have been honorably discharged and eligible for
retirement), Gold Star widows / widowers.

Admission is based upon bed availability, so don't hesitate to contact the Admissions Officer at
the VMHs of your choice to discuss your personal needs.
Applications must be Medicare Part A eligible.
