To apply for your Department or Chapter website, the Department or Chapter
Commander or Adjutant must first complete a Website Application Form. The online
form is located at the following website: Http://www.survey.dav.org

To obtain a Webmaster User Manual, get instructions for accessing Department or
Chapter website email accounts, or for general information and frequently Asked
Questions, Go To:http://www.davmembersportal.org

To obtain a username and password as the webmaster for your site:
The Department or Chapter Commander or Adjutant Must first complete the website
application form (located at: Http://www.survey.dav.org), and designate you as the
Webmaster for your Department or Chapter website. Then you need to contact DAV
National HQ Membership Department (877- 426-2838) to have your login credentials
established.

To Login to your Department or Chapter website email account once you have
already established your login credentials, go to: http://www.davfrat.org/iclient
